For almost 30 years, the fast ICE trains have dominated high-speed traffic in Germany. Over the years, the engineers responsible have repeatedly set new standards with a wide variety of model series.
The latest series - the ICE 4 - has been in use since December 2017 with a top speed of 250 km/h. Together with Railworks Austria, responsible for the technology, and Trainworks, responsible for the sound, 3DZUG has realized this train in an unprecedented level of detail - and on top of that, the whole thing is fully accessible.
Each car has been intricately detailed inside and out, so that you can experience the masterpiece of German engineering as in the original. Take a seat in the restaurant, look behind the bar at the food stored there, visit the family compartment or take a seat in luxurious first class. Enjoy the unique view through a more than 300-metre-long train or visit the toilet when nature calls: you have the free choice, because everything has been faithfully implemented.
An elaborately realized driver's cab with realistic functions and train protection systems such as AFB, PZB 90 and LZB will be your workplace for countless hours. Equipped with realistic sound, you are guaranteed never to get bored in this vehicle.
5 years of 3DZUG, 5 years of continuous development and the excellent cooperation with our partners have made this milestone and a new way of building vehicles possible - the first fully accessible train for Train Simulator! And it should not be missing in any collection.
This vehicle is designed for experienced users and has advanced features. It is therefore recommended to look at the manual provided to get the train up and running.
Four tasks for the Hamburg-Hanover route are already included and round off this addon.
