B42 Rail Route Zurich - Olten TS2020

The route was taken from the prototype. The date of construction of the systems is 2011. All track systems and buildings come from this year. That is why, for example, the Zurich train station (Löwenstrasse) and the access bridges are not available. The entire route has a common SBB catenary system and various catenary-free connecting tracks. The signal system is a mixture of the system N (numbers) and L (lamps) which is used by SBB. It is possible that a section with the old system is followed by a change to the new system without mention. Great emphasis was also placed on prototypical station buildings and the speed limits. Most stations have several breakpoints divided into sectors on the platform. If you drive a short train, it is possible that you do not have to advance all the way to the end of the platform.

 

The add-on is published completely without additional rolling stock and tasks. A package of tasks with suitable rolling stock will be offered separately later on Trainsimulator.ch.

• Zurich main station - Baden - Brugg AG - Aarau - Olten (main route)

• Zurich main station - Heitersberg - Lenzburg - Aarau

• Wettingen - Baden Oberstadt - Mägenwil (only freight train operation)

• Brugg AG - Lupfig - Othmarsingen
